Cannot Activate CALSoft 5 / Computer does not appear to be online

Some company networks have a "Proxy server" that interferes with the ability for CALSoft 5 to activate/license the software.  During the activation phase you might receive a message that the computer cannot connect to http://tcal-apps.com/licenseServer/Activator.asmx  but the computer is on-line (connected tot he internet). 

To solve this you will need to ask your IT/IS department to allow you to bypass your Proxy Server to license the software.
